Terms of service

Terms for using 1for49 lottery interfaces

These Terms govern your use of 1for49 game interfaces and related services. Non-custodial wallet control and on-chain finality are core operating conditions.

Effective date: 2026-03-21Version: 3.0PrivacyAcceptable use

Non-custodial by design

You control your wallet keys and signatures. 1for49 does not custody your wallet.

Finalized chain actions are final

Confirmed transactions cannot be rolled back by support or app-level moderation.

One-entry mode has strict periods

Missing reveal or claim periods can permanently forfeit reward eligibility.

Support cannot reverse settled outcomes

Support can explain state and help troubleshoot, but cannot undo settled on-chain results.

Eligibility and compliance

Who may use 1for49

  • You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms.
  • You must comply with applicable laws, sanctions, and jurisdiction restrictions.
  • You are responsible for lawful use of 1for49 where you access the service.
Custody and signing

Wallet responsibility

  • You retain sole control of private keys and signing authority.
  • 1for49 does not request or store seed phrases or private keys.
  • Every transaction you sign is your responsibility.
Player obligations by stage

Place Picks, Reveal Picks, and Claim Reward

These obligations apply to all users interacting with the game flow.

Place Picks

You must
  • Review round ID, stage, token amount, and destination state before signing.
  • Submit only if you accept finality once the transaction confirms.
You should
  • Use a small-value test action if wallet/app state looks unusual.
  • Keep device/local storage healthy if you rely on local helper data.

Consequence: Incorrect or stale submissions cannot be reversed once finalized on-chain.

Reveal Picks

You must
  • Reveal before the reveal period closes for your round.
  • Maintain access to local reveal helper data if required by your flow.
You should
  • Reveal early in the reveal period to avoid network congestion risk.
  • Confirm reveal success with transaction signature and updated entry state.

Consequence: In one-entry mode, missing reveal can permanently forfeit reward eligibility for that entry.

Claim Reward

You must
  • Claim within the claimable period and verify your eligibility state first.
  • Confirm reward token and vault balance before submitting claim.
You should
  • Claim promptly once eligible rather than waiting for later rounds.
  • Store transaction signatures for your own audit history.

Consequence: In one-entry mode, missing claim periods can result in lost reward rights for that settled entry.

Game-specific clauses

One-entry mode and reveal data

  • One-entry mode: each wallet has one active entry per game round.
  • Missed reveal or claim periods may cause irreversible forfeiture of that round reward path.
  • Local reveal-helper loss before reveal can make reveal impossible; support cannot reconstruct private local data.
  • Round outcomes and reward rates are determined by settled on-chain game state, not by off-chain estimates.
Fees and economics

Costs and reward expectations

  • Network fees are always paid by the signing wallet.
  • Game token amounts are user-specified and confirmed through wallet signatures.
  • Reward values are not guaranteed before settlement and can change based on final round state.
  • Users are responsible for taxes, reporting, and third-party compliance obligations.
Guarantees and boundaries

Protocol vs app responsibilities

This matrix clarifies what is guaranteed and what remains best-effort.

LayerGuaranteedNot guaranteedWho controls it

Dispute and complaint path

How to resolve a terms issue

  • Step 1: Verify current state via game history, stats, and explorer transactions.
  • Step 2: Contact support with wallet address, cluster, game ID, round ID, and tx signatures.
  • Step 3: For policy disputes, support routes escalation under terms and acceptable use policy.
  • Finality reminder: support cannot reverse finalized on-chain actions.
Liability and advice boundaries

Limitations you accept

  • Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uptime, or error-free operation.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1for49 is not liable for losses caused by user error, wallet compromise, chain conditions, asset volatility, or third-party infrastructure failures.
  • 1for49 does not provide financial, tax, investment, or legal advice.
  • You should seek qualified professional advice for legal or tax treatment.
  • Review risk and security disclosures before higher-value participation.
